PING YUAN
Dr. Ping Yuan is the CTO at Acqubit.
He has more than 18 years of experience in managing development of many opto-electronic devices, components, modules, systems, IR and LIDAR cameras and systems. Prior to joining Acqubit, he was a Senior LIDAR Engineer at Aptiv and was leading the concept development and technical review of LIDAR technologies for autonomous driving.
Prior to Aptiv, Ping was the Associate Technical Fellow at Boeing Spectrolab. At Boeing Spectrolab, Ping lead the development of Gm-APD LIDAR camera, tech-transferred from the MIT-LL, SWIR InGaAs PIN focal plane arrays, linear-mode APD InGaAs detector arrays, and InGaAs range-finder receiver.
Ping holds a Ph.D. in Electrical Engineering and 12 patents.
